The Financial Controller is directly subordinate to the Director of the Public Financial Inspection Agency.
The Financial Controller carries out ex-ante control for legality regarding the financial activities of the Agency in accordance with the applicable legislation and the implemented financial management and control systems.
The procedure and manner of carrying out ex-ante control are carried out in accordance with the internal rules approved by the Director of the Agency in accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Finance.
